  • Product Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging. All components, manuals, and registration cards must be included to ensure a full refund.
  • Order Number and Receipt: To process a return, you must provide a valid order number and receipt. Returns without this information may be restricted.
  • Time Limit: Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, refunds or exchanges will not be available.
  • Return Authorization: Please contact Ubest customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 

Return Process
