Additionally, we offer a 6-month warranty for accessories, covering manufacturing or material defects, with exceptions for items such as handlebar covers, wheels, promotional gifts, and sticker sets. Products not covered under the warranty are clearly marked on their respective product detail pages. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase.
In the rare event of a recall, we can only notify you if you’ve registered your product by providing your personal information and product details. To properly register your product, you’ll need to provide information from the traceability label, which is a white tag located on the back of each product (excluding accessories and spare parts).
